pliXos
pliXos vision is to industrialise application development with distributed teams. Our Software as a Service (SaaS) tools increase productivity and governance in every phase of an offshore/nearshore SW development project. A free and global B2B Marketplace for SW projects offers users transparency and acts as an online sales channel for us. Those services are extended by our Sourcing Advisory as a Service (SAaaS®), specific consulting or delivering complete projects as prime contractor.

A seed funding by Venture Capital and strong support by valuable customers is our basis. Funded research with universalities helps us to stay ahead in innovation and extend our products.

Our Goals
We now aim to enter into growth stage and thus want to

  • Get more valuable leads directly approaching pliXos
  • increase the number of fitting providers in the B2B Marketplace, on a global scale
  • Increase visibility of pliXos and its offerings on a global scale, with a focus on potential clients

Your Tasks
We have numerous ideas what to do and look forward to your ideas and to jointly learn what does work best. Examples are:

  • Writing reader- and SEO-friendly articles on agreed topics, pliXos Blog, other websites
  • Commenting on fitting articles or blogs by others and stirring a discussion on pliXos
  • Continuously generating content for and actively managing our Twitter account
  • Engaging with selected groups at LinkedIn and increasing the interaction on a global scale
  • Generation of backlinks to pliXos, e.g. by adding fitting comments with links to other articles
  • Own research on the interests of the target audience and the respective keywords
  • As far as applicable directly contacting other authors, bloggers or opinion leaders or organisations in order to get them to write about pliXos or cooperate in any other suitable way
  • Directly approaching potential targets in line with pliXos management

Our Expectations
We look for someone who brings the personality to achieve the mentioned goals and the appetite for success. Any past experience in content marketing or IT services, offshore application development would be a plus.

  • Being proactive, own ideas how to achieve the pliXos goals as defined above
  • Ability and interest to investigate new topics and trends in IT Sourcing and the IT industry
  • Open communication with Joerg on all topics, e.g. also in case success of any or all activities seems unlikely
  • Experience of working as a content writer for an established B2B company would be a plus

Perfect would be if you identify ways to get others writing about us and generate a momentum in increasing our online visibility in the target segment.

We would be delighted to give young enthusiasts a chance or start by an internship!
